Pablo Picasso
The Echo of Picasso

Open now until March 24th, 2024
Museo Picasso, Málaga
www.museopicassomalaga.org/en

Pablo Picasso has had enormous influence on 20th century art. After Cubism, his major contribution to modern art is the freedom which defines every aspect of his painting, sculpture, ceramics and graphic work. It is widely agreed that he has had a profound impact on the art world and that there had been no other artists, prior to him who had a mass following of fans and critics alike, as he did. The exhibition The Echoes of Picasso is organised by Museo Picasso Málaga to commemorate the anniversary of the artist’s death and is based on the effect exerted by his artistic practices on contemporary and, above all, globalised art today.
